Most bands are a group of musicians who learned to get along. We are a family who learned to play together. The Davis Family Band has been performing across Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin for years, bringing a sound that spans classic rock, country, soul, pop, and blues. When three generations share a stage, there is a chemistry you cannot rehearse.

Live Music for Every Occasion

Weddings

Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception. We handle all three with the right energy for each moment. Your first dance, your parents' song, the last call sing-along.

Corporate Events

Holiday parties, team outings, client dinners. We show up on time, bring our own sound, and keep the energy where you need it. Professional from load-in to load-out.

Festivals & Fairs

Main stage, beer tent, community park. We have played them all. A family band at a family event just makes sense.

Private Parties

Birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, backyard barbecues. If there is a guest list and a power outlet, we can make it a night to remember.

Venue Nights

Bars, breweries, restaurants. We bring a crowd and keep them there. Ask any venue owner who has had us back three times in a season.

Community Events

Block parties, charity fundraisers, church picnics, holiday celebrations. We love playing for our neighbors. Milwaukee raised us and we play it forward.

Common Questions

How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and large events, three to six months out is ideal. For bar gigs and smaller parties, a month or two usually works. Peak season (June through September) fills up fast, so the earlier the better.

Do you bring your own sound equipment?

Yes. We bring a full PA system, microphones, monitors, and all instruments. For larger venues or outdoor events, we can scale up. Just tell us the space and the expected crowd size.

Can we request specific songs?

Absolutely. Send us your must-play list and your do-not-play list ahead of time. We will learn new songs for your event if we do not already have them in rotation.

How long are your sets?

Standard booking is three hours of live music (usually three 50-minute sets with short breaks). We can adjust to fit your event schedule. Four and five hour bookings are available too.

What genres do you play?

Classic rock, country, soul, Motown, pop, blues, and some folk. Three generations in the band means we cover a wide range. Visit our Music page for a full breakdown.
